Refund Policy Overview

Eli’s FunLab Experiments values transparency and clear communication regarding bookings and payments. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or scheduling services.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Eli’s FunLab Experiments does not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, changes in plans, or dissatisfaction once services have been booked or rendered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Event cancellations by the client

• Scheduling conflicts

• Weather-related cancellations (unless otherwise stated in writing)

• Changes in event size, location, or participation

• Failure to attend a scheduled presentation

Exception: Missed Presentation by Eli’s FunLab Experiments

A refund will be issued only if Eli’s FunLab Experiments fails to provide the scheduled presentation due to circumstances within our control.

In the event of a missed presentation by Eli’s FunLab Experiments:

• A full refund will be issued, or

• A rescheduled presentation may be offered at the client’s discretion

Rescheduling

At the discretion of Eli’s FunLab Experiments, rescheduling may be offered in certain circumstances. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

Payment Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is received. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
